This project seen JALC Group come onto the job late to take over a previous Civils company that had unfortunately gone into administration. We were left with the challenging task to visit site, price the works and move teams around to ensure we could agree a price and start on site as soon as possible.

This package seen us complete the full drainage and services package including back fill. We also finished off the remaining surfacing works to the drive thru and full externals including paving around the store, tactiles, hoop barriers and crash bollards.

Despite only starting this package behind schedule, this project was complete in time and handed over to our client on the agreed date enabling Costa Coffee to open in time. JALC Group are proud to be part of an overall project creating 150 new jobs in the local area at the new retail park at Innovation Park , Liverpool.
