JALC Group’s National Reactive Repairs & Maintenance framework is designed to help our clients including support housing associations, local authorities and the wider public service with a wide range of reactive works and services, enhancing JALC Group’s existing Construction service offer.

The framework provides a comprehensive service for all general building trades and includes: out-of-hours reactive emergency repairs; void property repairs and major improvements and call handling services on a 24/7 or out-of-hours basis.
