A reactive maintenance call out to a local NHS centre in Blackburn saw our team investigate a blockage that was backing up into the medical centre. We completed these works by segregating the area of works and putting in place a traffic management system to keep the practise operating.

CCTV survey to existing drainage to locate problem.

Excavate to expose blocked run of pipework causing the problem.

Remove blocked section of pipework and re-new with new pipework and fittings to correct the problem.

Bed new pipework with sand and backfill excavation.

Test and commission.
